Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are entered into by HackManHub (trading as PayHubTR) (“PayHubTR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered in Türkiye, operated by Rıza Kinik. By accessing or using our website at payhubtr.store and related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher. If you are under 18, you represent you have parental consent.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Purchases and Billing

• Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Taxes may apply based on your location.
• Prices are listed before checkout and may change at any time.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method.
• For subscriptions (if offered), your plan renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date in accordance with Section 7.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. In summary, all sales are final; refunds are not provided except where required by applicable consumer law or as otherwise stated in that policy.

6. License and Acceptable Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
• You may not: reverse engineer, attempt to disable or bypass security, use the Service for unlawful purposes, or infringe others’ rights.

7. Subscriptions and Cancellation (if applicable)

• You may cancel a subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Access remains until the current period ends; partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Paddle for payments). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Courts located in Aydın, Türkiye will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
