At HackManHub (trading as PayHubTR) (“PayHubTR”), we aim to deliver digital products and services as described. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable consumer law or as otherwise stated in this policy.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Unauthorized transaction: When supported by evidence and promptly reported.
• Technical issues preventing access: If you are unable to access the purchased digital product/service after completing reasonable troubleshooting within 14 days of purchase.
• Statutory rights: Where applicable consumer laws grant you a right to a refund.

3. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

If you are in the EU/UK and purchase digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you typically have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, once you access or download the digital content, you acknowledge and consent that your withdrawal right is waived. If you have not accessed the content and wish to withdraw within 14 days, contact us at support@payhubtr.store.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Email support@payhubtr.store with your order ID, purchase email, and a description of the issue.
• We will review your request and may ask for additional information.
• If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method by our merchant of record, Paddle. Processing times vary by payment method and bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider without contacting us first, your access may be suspended during the investigation. We encourage you to contact us to resolve issues quickly.

6. Subscriptions (if applicable)

Subscription renewals are non-refundable once a billing period starts, unless required by law. You can cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.
